Fillmore terms of service
Effective date: 1 November 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Fillmore's maker. By installing or using Fillmore, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Fillmore.
1. What Fillmore is
Fillmore is an add-on for Google Sheets. It turns rows into Docs, Slides files and PDFs. It can email those files. It runs inside your Google account.
2. Beta, "as is"
- Fillmore is in beta. It may have bugs. Features may change or stop.
- We provide Fillmore "as is" and "as available". We make no promise that it is always right, fast or online.
- Check important files before you send them. Use "Test on one row" first.
- Keep your own copies of important templates and sheets.
3. Price
- Fillmore is free during the beta.
- We may add paid plans later. We will tell you before any paid plan starts.
- Paid plans will follow our honest billing rules:
- We show the full price before you pay. No "from" prices.
- You can cancel in two clicks in the sidebar. No call or email needed.
- We email you 7 days before a yearly plan renews.
- You can get a full refund within 30 days. No questions asked.
- Going over the free limit pauses new runs. It never deletes your files or finished work.
- Founding members keep their price while their plan stays active without a break.
4. Your account and your data
- You need a Google account to use Fillmore.
- Your sheets, templates and files stay yours. Fillmore does not own them.
- You give Fillmore permission to read and change them only to do what you ask.
- Our privacy policy explains what we keep.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Fillmore to:
- send spam, or email people who did not agree to get it;
- send scams, malware, threats or harassment;
- break the law, or anyone's rights, including privacy and copyright;
- process data you have no right to use;
- get around Google's limits or Google's terms;
- attack, overload or copy Fillmore or its server.
You are responsible for the emails Fillmore sends from your account. You are responsible for the data in your sheets.
If you use Fillmore for a school, follow your school's rules for student data.
We may stop your access if you break these rules.
6. Google's terms still apply
Fillmore runs on Google services. Google's own terms and limits apply to you. Google limits how many files and emails you can make each day. Fillmore cannot raise those limits.
7. Limits on our liability
- We are not liable for lost data, lost profit, or indirect damage.
- We are not liable for emails sent to the wrong address from your sheet.
- We are not liable when Google services fail or change.
- If we are liable, we pay at most your fees from the last 12 months. During the free beta, that is zero.
- Some places do not allow these limits. There, the limits apply as far as the law allows.
8. Ending use
- You can stop at any time. Remove the add-on from Sheets.
- We can stop Fillmore, or end your access, with notice when we can.
- If we stop a paid service, we refund the unused part.
9. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. We will post changes here with a new date. For big changes, we will tell you in the sidebar or by email.
10. Law
These terms follow the law of Sri Lanka.
